Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
Because of our quick turnaround time, all orders begin processing immediately. Due to this, we are unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing.*

Can I change my address on an order?
Please message us within an hour of placing your order. Once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately in order to keep our quick turnaround time. We will do our best to update the shipping address, but it's important to check your address prior to placing your order. If an item has shipped before we receive your message to change an address, we are not responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item.

What if there is a mistake with my order when I received it?
If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. If the order was made with the notes you left, but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, we will not remake or refund an order. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing. * If there is an error on our part, we will replace the item with a corrected item.

When will my order ship?
Our turnaround time varies by product, but Etsy provides an estimated delivery timeframe for each order before purchase. Once the product ships, you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking for the order and an estimated date of arrival.

How long will it take to make this?
Each item has a specific turnaround time. Turnaround times are different than shipping times and the total days of both added together gives you your estimated delivery date. You will see an estimated delivery time frame for each item before purchase. Typically, our turnaround time on all items range from 2-5 days. Again, this does not include shipping time.

Why does my package says delivered but isn't or tracking is not updating?
Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact USPS or your local post office for assistance.

Do you offer gift messages or guaranteed delivery dates?
Because we work with a production partner, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or include traditional gift messages inside the package.
