What is your return Policy?
If you contact me within 3 days of arrival. It must be returned to me in new/unused condition, and you will have to pay for return shipping. I cannot replace mail that has been marked delivered. You must report your stolen mail to authorities.
Why is shipping so long?
Shipping varies day to day as things are ever changing. I find most people get their items 1 week ahead of scheduled delivery. I can never guarantee an item's exact arrival date though, so please always purchase as early as possible.
EU Return Policies
EU buyers have 14 days from the time the item has arrived to contact me about returning an item. This rule does not apply to custom-made products, digital items, certain perishable goods, or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery (Masks included). I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
