Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to make any custom or personalised orders. Please contact us via email with as much detail as possible in your original email so we may discover how we may help you.
Pick up orders
All orders are available to be picked up, or a meet up arranged, completely free of charge! All orders must be paid for before pick up; if pricing is a problem, please talk to us about instalment options or possible discounts available.
Any product not picked up after three months will be returned to the shop with no refund. Please ensure you include an up to date phone number and email so that we may contact you in the event you are close to forfeiting your item.
What happens if my package never arrives, or becomes lost?
Because all shipping companies have their own standards, it is in your best interest to choose the shipping method that you feel safest with. Tracking and insured shipping rates are available for all products, and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the postal service chosen is not on, or about to be on, strike.
