Years later, we looked him up again to customize a wedding band that would compliment the engagement ring. The end result was a gorgeous, unique and well crafted combination. My husband and I were both so happy with this purchase. Derrick was so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I will certainly come back to him for more custom pieces in future!

Making & Shipping
(1) Handling time is 2-3 weeks, production starts once the payment is received. Usually, delivery time is 3-5 business days. We will be full of enthusiasm to complete Each Item and strive to make each item perfectly.
(2) We ship items internationally. International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Engraving Available
1.Engraving is available for a fee of 2 USD.
2.The number of characters to be engraved is determined by the style, and up to 12 characters can be engraved.

Order Cancellation Principle
1. No charge for orders canceled within 48 hours
2. Orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged 20% for orders of $1,000 or more. Orders less than $1,000 will be charged $100.
Order Return And Exchange Principle
1. Free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
2. If there is any quality problem, we support full refund or exchange.
3. If there is no quality problem, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return and exchange
4. If the returned item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value, and all items must be unworn and in original condition

Installment Payment Fee Policy
1. For orders under $1,000, the first installment is a fixed amount of $100. And no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours.
2. For orders greater than or equal to $1,000, a down payment of 20% of the total order cost will be charged. Again, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours.
Installment Jewelry Storage Policy:
1. Items will not be shipped until the final installment payment is paid;
2. The minimum amount for each installment is $100;
3. We will hold your layaway item for up to 6 months;
4.Support Etsy's Klarna as an installment method of payment usage for orders;
