Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes, you can purchase a shipping upgrade for your order during checkout!
With standard shipping, there is no tracking option.
How long does delivery usually take?
All of my products are shipped from Germany, so delivery times may vary depending on your location!
These are the estimated delivery times:
Shipping within Germany: 1 – 4 business days
Shipping within Europe: 1 – 3 weeks
Shipping outside of Europe (including the USA): 2 – 5 weeks
Please note that delivery delays caused by the shipping carriers can occur from time to time. Keep this in mind when placing your order!

The postal service has damaged my order!
I am really sorry to hear this! I pack my orders with great care to ensure they arrive safely. However, sometimes accidents happen that are beyond my control. I will do my best to work with you to find a suitable solution! Please understand that, as a small business, I may not always be able to cover all damages in the same way large companies can.
When I look up my order it shows that it is stuck in "Pre-Transit"?
As soon as you receive a notification from me, your order is on its way! If you chose the “Standard Shipping” option without tracking, Deutsche Post marks every standard shipment as “pre-transit,” regardless of the actual location of your package.
Is there a way to avoid high import fees to the USA?
No, unfortunately not! Any import fees are beyond my control once your order has been shipped. These must be paid by you (the customer) and are never included in the price of your order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order in the shop.
