How does the custom photo-to-STL service work?
Place your order and upload your photo. I will prepare a true preview of your relief and send it for your approval first. Once you approve it, your final STL file is delivered through Etsy messages, usually within 24-48 hours of approval.
Which software and machines work with your STL files?
The files work with most CNC routers and CAM software, including VCarve, Aspire, Carveco, Fusion 360, MeshCAM and DeskProto. If you are unsure about your setup, message me before ordering and I will help you check.
How long does a custom wood sign take?
Each sign is made to order in 5-7 business days, then shipped. Delivery time depends on your country and is shown at checkout; you will get tracking as soon as your sign is on its way.
Custom and personalised orders
Yes! Send me your logo or artwork (a vector file or a clear, high-resolution image works best). I will send you a preview of how it will look carved before I start, so there are no surprises.
Custom and personalised orders
Yes! A real photo, your own artwork, or an image you created with AI - if you can picture it, I can usually turn it into a carving or an STL file. You will always see a preview first and approve it before I make the final piece or file. Please only send images you own or have the right to use.

Just message me. If a file does not open or carve as shown in your approved preview, I will fix it or send a corrected file. For physical items, if anything arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days with a photo and I will make it right.
