What program should I use to print my planner?
I recommend you use Adobe Reader to open and print PDFs. If you do not already have this program on your computer it is free to download and use from the Adobe website.
Do I have to print on to Letter/A4 size paper and then cut it down?
All planners come with trim lines for easy cutting, but if you are wishing to print a same size planner on to the same size paper (example: printing an A5 planner on to A5 paper) you can also do that and the trim lines will not print on to your planner.
*Always make sure to select print "Actual Size" under page size & handling when printing.
*Please note if you have chosen a design that has graphics right up to the edge of the paper you will need to choose "Borderless" printing in your printing options. Otherwise a thin white border will be around the edge of the inserts - most if not all printers will do this. Otherwise the best option is to print on paper larger than your insert size and cut down using the crop marks.
What are the black squares/lines in the corner of my planner?
Those are trim lines for you to use after printing to easily cut the planner down to the proper size.
My planner isn't printing at the right size, what do I do?
I suggest opening and printing the PDF with Adobe Reader if you're not already.
Always choose to print the PDF at "Actual Size" under page size & handling. Otherwise your document might be getting scaled to a size you don't want.
Also under orientation make sure the "auto portrait/landscape" is selected.
I'd like to fit two A5 planners/Half Letter planners onto one Sheet of A4/Letter sized paper but I can't get them to fit?
All planners smaller than A4/Letter size come with crop marks for ease of printing, to get the most accurate cut for your planner & to accommodate edge to edge designs.
If your planner does not include 2 planner pages per sheet and you would like your A5/Half Letter size planners placed 2 pages per A4/Letter sized sheet please contact me and I will be happy to send a new file.
Alternatively If you wish to save paper you can cut your printer paper in half first then setting your printer to print on the half size of your A4 or Letter size paper (A5 or Half Letter). Make sure to print at "Actual" or "100%" size so no scaling occurs.
How do I print multiple planners on one sheet of paper?
When printing click the "multiples" button under page size & handling in your printer settings and choose your desired settings.
I purchased the wrong size planner by mistake, can I exchange it for the right one?
Unfortunately due to the nature of digital items I am not able to "exchange" items, as they are instantly delivered to you once the payment has gone through and the product cannot be retuned to me. But if you find yourself in this situation please contact me ASAP (within 24 hours of your purchase), provided you have not downloaded the files. I may be able to assist you with cancelling your order.

Where do I find my download?
From your computer (if you are on phone/tablet you will need to go to Etsy through your browser and not the app) you are going to want to look at the top right of the web page, beside the "basket" icon is your profile picture and below it it says "you" with a little downward pointing triangle, click that. It will bring up a little menu with one option being "purchases and reviews" click that one. This takes you to a page and shows you everything you have bought on Etsy. If the last thing your purchased was from my shop it will show at the very top. Then to the right of where it shows what you bought will be a button that says "Download files" click that.
