Before starting my company, I was a stay-at-home mom to my twins, constantly cooking for my family. Like many moms, I found joy in creating homemade meals, but as someone living in an apartment, I faced certain challenges. I struggled with large cutting boards—they were too bulky, hard to store, and always seemed like a hassle to clean, especially when I didn’t have the time or patience for hand washing. Living in a high-rise apartment with limited cabinet space made it even more inconvenient.
One day, while cooking dumplings and watching my kids play with puzzles on the floor, an idea struck me. I thought, "What if I had a cutting board that worked like a puzzle?" A board I could assemble right on my countertop to roll and cut dough without worrying about scratching or ruining the surface. And, most importantly, something I could easily disassemble after cooking and toss into the dishwasher. That’s when the dream of the Infinity Board was born in my imagination.
