T&Cs:
I strongly encourage you to purchase a fully personalised and customised sample first, so you can see and feel exactly what you will be getting when you place an order. Email proofs of wordings and design, and a choice of fonts will also be sent to you. Unlimited revisions are included in the sample price to ensure you’re completely happy with your design.

Purchasing a sample will also eliminate any issues regarding potential colour differences between the computer screen and the actual product.

Generally it will take 2-4 weeks to complete an order, however during peak wedding season this could be longer, so choosing your design, finalising the guest list and gathering all the guests’ addresses as soon as possible will make this process quicker. I will provide you with a Guest List template to make this process easier. You will receive progress updates from me during the production to keep you in the loop.

Cancellations/Refunds

Please note that 50% of your full payment (excluding postage costs) is held as a non refundable deposit as it is used to order all materials required to make up each custom order and/or create the design files/artwork. Should you have an unexpected cancellation I would be happy to negotiate a partial refund, provided your stationery hasn’t already been printed and cut. But please appreciate that as all orders are completely personalised with individual details they cannot be used to fill another order.

Digital proofs are provided for all designs/artworks prior to printing and I ask that you check, and double check all the details, and then have someone else do a final check just to be sure. No refunds will be given for errors in information that was supplied by you (for example, misspelt names, addresses, event times etc.).

Quality Assurance

All products are lovingly handmade by Invited in Style and although every effort is made to ensure consistency, slight variations between items are characteristic of the handmade process. In addition, shade variations can sometimes occur between different card, paper and material batches from our suppliers, therefore I recommend that you order all of your items at the same time to ensure no batch colour variations occur. Should there be a need for any substitutions to your order I will always discuss this with you first.

Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices for my products are subject to change without notice and you will be charged the price of items current at the time you place your order, which may not be the same price as when you made your initial enquiry or purchased a sample several months earlier, or even the previous year.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important and your and/or your guests’ details will not be shared with anyone, under any circumstances without your written consent.

Photos/images
Invited in Style reserves the right to use images of your stationery for marketing purposes. This includes use on social media, all advertising (print, online and elsewhere). Please note that all personal contact details will be blurred and the location of your wedding is blurred if shared online before your wedding date.
