IS THIS A PHYSICAL ITEM?
No. All items in our shop are digital templates. You will not receive any printed cards in the mail. You will receive a PDF with a link to edit the design yourself in Canva.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR CANVA?
No! All our templates are designed to work perfectly with the free version of Canva. You do not need a Pro subscription or any other paid software.
CAN YOU EDIT THE TEMPLATE FOR ME?
We do not currently offer customization or editing services. Our templates are designed to be "Do-It-Yourself" (DIY) so you can have full control over your details and wording.
HOW DO I PRINT MY INVITATIONS?
You have three options:
Print at Home: Use good quality cardstock (we recommend 100lb/270gsm or heavier).
Local Print Shop: Save your file as a PDF and take it to Staples, FedEx, or a local printer.
Online Printers: Upload your PDF to an online printing service like Vistaprint or Prints of Love.
CAN I SEND THEM DIGITALLY (WHATSAPP/EMAIL)?
Yes! Most of our listings include a specialized "Mobile/Smartphone" version (1080 x 1920 px). You can edit this version, download it as a JPG, and text or email it to your guests instantly.
I CAN'T FIND MY DOWNLOAD LINK.
Etsy sends an automated email with the link immediately after purchase. You can also find it in your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. Important: The Etsy Mobile App does not support file downloads. Please log in to Etsy on a web browser (Chrome/Safari) on your phone or computer to download your files.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been accessed. However, if you have any technical trouble with the file, please message us and we will do our best to help!
