Can I change my address after placing an order?
You can make changes to your address up to two hours after placing your order.
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or in the wrong size as ordered, even if it was labeled correctly. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. NOTE: We cannot exchange an item for a different size or color. If you’re unsure which size will fit you, please refer to our size charts listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and top to bottom and compare it to our chart.
Custom and personalized orders
It takes between 2 to 5 days (on average 3) to produce and ship the products. After that, you need to add the shipping times (5-7 business days) to calculate the average time it will take to reach your hands.
