1. Do you offer engraving?
Yes, we provide free engraving on the items purchased from the store. If you want to engrave your lovely words on your jewelry, don't hesitate to contact us soon after you place your order. Majority of the jewelry that we sell is engravable, however, due to the nature of some jewelry items, engraving might not be possible.
2. How do I start a Custom order?

C) Choose your preferred diamond (Natural, Lab, Moissanite) or a colored gem stone , pick shape & size 💎, set in 925 Sterling Silver, 10K, 14K, 18K Gold, or Platinum (White, Yellow, or Rose Gold Options available)

3. How do you process Custom and Personalized orders?
Our process to design unique orders made just for you is very simple.
Process for communication that we follow
A) Cad Confirmation (a computer rendering of your design, you confirm the design before we proceed to the next step)
B) Stone confirmation through HD Video (We share a video of the stone)
C) Whole Production Process Update (We keep you updated throughout the production process)
D) Finished Jewelry and Address confirmation (We confirm your address before the item is shipped out to you)
E) Quick Response and solution to your Questions or queries
F) Qualified After Sales Service

4. How do I take care of my jewelry?
To maintain the brilliance and beauty of your jewelry:
A) Clean regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth.
B) For a deeper clean, soak in warm water with mild soap and gently scrub with a soft toothbrush.
C) Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays.
D) Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or doing household chores.
E) Store in a soft pouch or separate jewelry box to prevent scratches.
Our items are designed to last you a life time. With proper care, your jewelry will remain stunning for years to come.
5. Do you offer any payment plans?
Of course, we accept monthly payment plan. You have the option to finish your final payment in 6 months.
For orders over $1000 (including $1000), the first payment will be 20% of the order value. For orders less than $1000, the first payment will be $100. Every payment should be at least $100 and non-refundable. Items will be shipped after we receive your final payment.
6. What is your Returns/Exchange Policy?
We hope you LOVE the item you received! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before return or exchange.

For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. All items must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. The following orders are not allowed to return or exchange:
