How can I contact customer service?

How long does shipping take within Germany?

Processing time: 1-3 working days to complete your order.Shipping time: Standard letters usually take 1-3 business days. If you choose a shipping upgrade (registered mail with delivery confirmation), shipping usually only takes 1 business day. Parcel shipments also typically take 1-2 business days.

Can I personalize/change the contents of the gift boxes?

Yes! If you'd like to exchange one or more products within the gift boxes, that's usually no problem. Just contact me before you buy.For example: no bathtub available, nut allergy, preferred variety, preferred colors, etc.
