The shipping the post office lost my package and contacted Julidecals, and she worked with me to find my package and finally showed up over two weeks later . Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world.
What are JuliDecals's delivery options?
We ship your orders with two main types of shipping:
- INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY POST WITHOUT TRACKING NUMBER. In this case, your order can be tracked within Europe.
- INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY POST WITH TRACKING NUMBER. In this case, you can fully track your order.
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING. If you would like your order to be shipped out via expedited shipping, please contact us.
What is estimated time of delivery?
DELIVERY TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Usual delivery time with International Economy Posts (no tracking):

To USA and Canada - between 7 to 15 business days.
To Europe - between 4 to 12 business days.
To Australia and New Zealand - between 15 to 35 business days.
To Everywhere Else - between 7 to 12 business days.
Can I pay extra to expedite my shipment?
For urgent delivery orders, we are happy to ship your item out via UPS. Since we feature a wide variety of products, the amount will depend on your location, as well as the weight and dimension of the package shipped. In many cases, shipping charges can be fairly substantial.
How to request priority delivery?
If you would like your order to be shipped out via expedited shipping, please contact us before you place your order and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
What is causing the delay in shipping?
Please have in mind that the maximum delivery time declared from the posts is 30 business days. If your package significantly delay the claim can be filed at the end of the period.
All International Shipments are subject of random Customs check on the border and it may cause additional delay in delivery.
During big shopping holidays (Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc), delivery delays do happen and this is unfortunately out of our control. To make sure your order arrives on time during a holiday, plan for it to take a few extra days. Bad weather can also delay your shipment, so if you are aware of inclement conditions in your region, please plan accordingly.
What happens if order is not delivered?
Please contact us first before taking any action. Leaving negative feedback is not a solution.
Does Etsy protect buyers?
A buyer is eligible for Etsy Purchase Protection - regardless of a listing's individual return policy - if an item doesn't match the listing description, arrives damaged, arrives after the estimated delivery date window, or doesn't arrive.

Do we take custom orders that are not included in our listings?
Yes! We will do our best to accommodate what you are looking for in a vinyl decal. This means we can draw something from scratch, or work from a picture that you send us.
