Stickers and Prints Shipping
Sticker-only orders are sent in a reinforced envelope, untracked via Canada Post lettermail.
Prints are sent in a rigid mailer, untracked via Canada Post lettermail or oversized lettermail.
If you would like to add tracking for an order of stickers or prints, please message me for a shipping quote.
Enamel Pins Shipping
Canadian domestic orders ship via Canada Post untracked oversized lettermail, or as a tracked parcel with optional shipping upgrade.
USA orders ship via Chit Chats/USPS First Class mail.
Overseas orders ship via ChitChats tracked parcel and will be passed off to Asendia/USPS/your local postal service as per ChitChats policy. Some overseas shipping costs are estimates only, but I will refund any excess shipping charges. If you would prefer to get an accurate shipping quote, feel free to send me a message and I'll be happy to create a custom order with accurate shipping charges.
Enamel Pin Grading
Please refer to individual listings for specific grading criteria, as enamel pins are handmade, and the flaw rate will vary by design and batch. I do not consider cosmetic issues on the sides or backs of pins to be flaws, and will only grade for things like: rough/unpolished metal, or very loose posts.
Generally speaking: standard grade pins are the best of the batch. Minor flaws, eg., scuffs, pinpricks, may be visible on close inspection or only at certain angles.
Minor flawed pins are similar to standard grade pins, but may have a greater number of small flaws, or have a small flaw in a more visible area.
Flawed pins will have flaws that are noticeable at arm's length.
Delayed, Lost, and Damaged Orders
Due to current worldwide shipping delays, I cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.
For untracked orders, if it has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please send me a message and I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.
For delays with orders that have tracking, feel free to contact me if you have concerns, and I will do my best to follow up with the relevant postal service, but keep in mind I have no control over shipping speed once the package has been dispatched.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please send me a message and I will work with you to resolve the issue. I will require pictures of the item(s) and packaging.
Customs and Import Charges
For buyers outside of Canada: additional customs and import taxes may apply. I cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.
