Within a week of receiving the item it stopped working. I tried doing all the troubleshooting that was mentioned on their website and when that didnt work i emailed them. they were slow to respond, and when they finally did they asked me lots of questions about if i had tried different ways to troubleshoot (i was using the keyboard at work and my IT department looked at it multiple times before i reached out to customer service) when they asked if i wanted an exchange or return and i asked for a return they stopped responding. This has been a really sad experience for me because i loved this keyboard but it did not live up to my expectations. the item was drop shipped from china when the shop’s website is located in Canada. I also couldnt track my package. very very disappointing and over $200 down the drain :(

Pros: * Awesome build quality * Just plug and play * Cables and receiver included; the radio receiver uses USB-C!!! * When UPS failed to deliver, Rudy immediately reacted and reshipped the keyboard via DHL, and also refunded the fee for express delivery Cons: * The keyboard's stock layout is poor from every viewpoint, including ergonomics. It doesn't fully support Cyrillic symbols, lacks layers, and more.

This is a great ergo keyboard. The build is clean and precise, it was easy to get started and the resources linked were helpful. Highly recommend.

i normally do not leave reviews, but this is pretty upsetting. its decent, it has some issues that i am not happy with. my first issue with this product is that i cannot no matter what take apart this keyboard. i contacted Rudy and all i was told is to try a different screw method, when i mentioned that didn't work, nothing else was done about it. another issue is that the keys seem to not react to presses sometimes and react like it is being held when it is not. to this i was told to try different switches. more issues is the screws falling out and how fast this product dies. i'm quite disappointed.
