5 out of 5 starsWe had a wonderful experience working with Sofia Pierce from KnitAndThreads. Sofia’s communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the design process. She provided plenty of options and was happy to do re-edits on the proofs until everything was just right. We ordered a custom sign as a Christmas gift for our real estate team leader, and it was delivered in time—even with a shipping label mix-up, which Sofia handled quickly and professionally. One important note for future buyers: the signs do **not** come assembled. They are shipped in pieces and require a hard-wire installation, which is helpful to know ahead of time. We still need to install the sign and will be sure to come back and post a photo!
