Experienced some shipping issues and originally thought the piece had been lost in the mail, so seller provided a full refund. I'm very glad the piece finally made it because this is such a cute little reindeer! My only suggestion would be to use tracking on *all* shipments...but otherwise a positive experience. =) Thanks, Linda!
