I love the yarn
From the moment I was old enough to sit beside my mom, I was surrounded by yarn. My mom, a passionate knitter, always had her needles clicking away, and I loved watching the vibrant fibers twist and turn into something beautiful. But I wasn’t content just to watch. I wanted to be close to the yarn, to feel it, to unravel it and explore its softness in my hands.
As I grew older, I realized that I couldn’t just hold the yarn forever. It had to become something. That’s when I started knitting my first Gnomes. Gnomes are perfect for me—they allow me to use every bit of yarn I’ve ever collected. No yarn is left behind, no scraps wasted. Whether big or small, clumsy or whimsical, each Gnome has its own personality and style.
Knitting on a machine is like a meditation for me—a peaceful, creative escape where I can lose myself in the rhythm of the stitches. And every Gnome I make is one-of-a-kind, a special creation from my heart.
