Exchange/Return Policy:
If you would like to exchange or return your item, please contact us within 24 hours of placing, or after receiving your order. If the returned item is in new condition we will begin processing. You have up to 14 days to return the item. We will give a return address and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item(s), after inspection, we will process your exchange, or refund, within 7-10 business days.

Please keep in mind that these products are made-to-order and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been customized with personalized text or graphics.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. This also includes journals that have been written in, or show any type of wear and tear.

Although we do our best to process your orders as soon as they arrive, custom orders may take a few days longer. In this case, you can expect your custom order to be processed within 5-7 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped immediately. Of course, you will be notified, promptly, if there are any delays.
