1 out of 5 starsI would be extremely cautious when dealing with this seller. I never received the patch I ordered. The item was supposed to arrive within 7 days, but it took 18 days, and during that time I sent multiple messages asking for updates. Each time, I was told the package had already been handed off to the shipping company. When I contacted the shipping company directly, they confirmed that nothing had ever been delivered to them under the tracking number I was given. On top of that, I eventually had to get Etsy Support involved just to get the situation resolved, because the seller was not being honest or cooperative. Based on my experience, I would consider this seller unreliable and potentially a scam.
