Do you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately, shipping costs have become very expensive when mailing outside the United States. So, we are now asking that customers contact us to make the request in advance, so shipping costs and delivery times are fully understood prior to placing the order. At this time, we are only shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom, and the shipping costs are as follows... $24.99 to Canada and $29.99 to United Kingdom and delivery time is on average 4-6 weeks.

How long will it take to receive my order? Do you offer overnight shipping?

Although we cannot guarantee delivery time, we do make every effort to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours using USPS First Class (for packages weighing less than one pound) or Priority Shipping for orders weighing 1 lb. or more. On average it usually takes 3-7 business days to be delivered, depending on where you live. If your package does not arrive within 7-10 business days, please contact us right away. For Canada and United Kingdom, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery time. Please note...For more expensive states like California, we do occasionally have to use USPS Ground shipping for orders over 1 lb.

Where do your crystals come from? Where are they mined?

We have many different suppliers. Unfortunately, we are not always provided with the place of origin for every item we sell. If we are provided with that information however, it will be included in the description information.

If my order is sent back to you as "Unclaimed", will I receive a refund?

All orders that are returned (by UPS, USPS or any other delivery service) as "Unclaimed" will receive a refund for the cost of the products sold. However, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Can you combine shipping?
