How long does shipping take?
Your personalized blanket or nursery item will arrive between 4-7 business days from the time we receive your order. We work efficiently to ensure your item gets to you as soon as possible.
When do you start processing my order?
We begin crafting your personalized order immediately upon receipt. This quick start allows us to get your items to you in the promised time frame.
Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order, as we start processing all orders right away. This ensures timely delivery but means we're unable to make changes once an order is received. If you have submitted your order with an error, please message as soon as the error is identified.
What if there's an error in my personalization?
We understand the importance of accuracy, especially for personalized items. If you notice an error in your personalization after ordering, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't been processed yet. Please note, if the order has already been submitted for print, we are unable to make any changes to personalization at that time.
Do you accept custom orders?
We accept a limited number of custom orders a month. Please message us for availability.
Do you send proofs before starting the order?
To ensure a faster delivery time, we do not send proofs before beginning your order. We start crafting your personalized item immediately after receiving your order to adhere to our commitment of a quick turnaround. Please ensure all personalization details are correct at the time of your order. We strive for accuracy and quality with each unique piece we create. If you would like to see a name in the specific font of a design you are interested in, you can message us for more information.
Do you accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is uniquely crafted to your specifications, making it a special piece just for you or your loved one. Please read the listing description carefully before purchasing and message us with any questions.
We do offer refunds for any order fulfilled that is an error on our end (such as personalization error or a print error). If you have an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of receipt of your item.
We do offer cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Please reach out within this timeframe to let us know you'd like to cancel your order.
