Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as all orders are shipped to the exact address provided. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an undeliverable address, or the customer not claiming the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees or additional postage charges. If a refund is preferred instead of reshipment, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and any actual postage costs will be deducted from the refund.

For international orders, food items may be subject to VAT, customs, or import fees depending on your country. Some countries, including the EU, USA, UK, Australia, and Canada, may charge these fees even if Etsy does not. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will appear on your customs receipt.
