Can you do a rush order?
Rush orders depend completely on how many orders I currently have. Sending buyers their creations on time is my first priority, so rush orders are done on a case by case basis as long as they don't interfere with the completion of other orders.
If you need a rush order, send me a convo; I'd be happy to see if I can work something out with you!
What happens if my item is lost or damaged in the mail?
Orders sent within Canada are covered with up to $100 in insurance, and tracking. Orders sent to the United States via Canada Post airmail have no tracking or insurance, and buyers are responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Should a buyer from the US want insurance and tracking, they can opt in for a shipping upgrade that is usually no more than $7 extra. Should you want this, simply contact me before buying and I'll make a custom order for you!
