I ship from Canada so please be patient when it comes to arrival times! Flat items (stickers, prints, etc) are shipped via untracked letter mail; tracked options are available for you to choose from if you'd like some extra security. Larger parcels shipping within Canada/USA will have tracking included.

➼ Refund/return policy:
Items like stickers, prints, and custom orders are non-refundable. Apparel and accessories can be returned at the customer's expense and a refund will be given after it is received if the item is in resell condition. I reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is damaged or if the customer didn't read order specifications (colour, dimensions, size) at checkout, but I will happily fix any mistakes if they are on my behalf.
