How long will it take to receive my order?
Our processing time is 1–3 business days. Shipping within the USA usually takes 2–5 business days via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you accept rush orders?
If you need your order quickly (for a wedding, birthday, or holiday), please message us before purchasing. We’ll do our best to meet your deadline and may suggest a shipping upgrade.
What if I enter the wrong name or date?
Because each item is custom embroidered, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for personalization errors. Please double-check your spelling and details before placing your order. If you notice a mistake right after purchase, message us as soon as possible.
Do you offer kids or toddler sizes?
Yes! We carry toddler and youth sizes for many items. Please check the size chart in each listing or message us if you don’t see the size you need.

Can I request a completely custom design (logo, special text, or artwork)?
Yes, we love creating unique pieces! Please message us with your idea. Depending on the complexity, an extra charge may apply (we’ll create a custom listing for you).
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns or partial refunds if:
• Wrong embroidery or incorrect design
• Missing embroidery details
• Wrong item/size (our mistake)
• Partial refund (10%–50%) for embroidery flaws
Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation within 2 hours
• After that: 70% design fee if design has started
Wrong Shipping Address
• Fee: 30% order value or reshipping cost
Will I receive a proof of my design before embroidery?
Yes! We will send you a digital design proof within 36 hours after your order is placed. Please reply within 1–2 days to confirm or request changes. If we don’t hear back, we will proceed with embroidery as shown in the proof, and we cannot be responsible for any errors after production begins.
Care instructions (Gildan Sweatshirt 18000):
- Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) or warm (up to 40°C / 104°F), inside out, with similar colors
- Use mild detergent and non-chlorine bleach only when needed
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Do not iron decoration/design
- Do not dry clean
