5 out of 5 starsI’m in love with this piece. From the pictures I hoped it might match my candle sticks. It is as close of a match as I could hope to find. It’s perfect. Arrived in excellent condition. So fast.

5 out of 5 starsThe plate is exactly as described and looks amazing. I was contacted beforehand because I ordered late and they wanted to make sure the shipping method I chose would allow me to receive it in time. All around amazing service. If there is something else I want, I will definitely be a return customer.

Frequently asked questions
May I serve food on these items?
All of my products use food-safe glazes and underglazes, and you should feel comfortable eating off of them (as applicable.
How should I care for my Mazelware?
Mazelware pieces are made from terra cotta (earthenware) clay and fired in an electric kiln at lowfire temperatures. Because they are terra cotta, they may chip more easily than high fire porcelain or stoneware ceramics. Please handle them with care.
When washing items used with food, we suggest handwashing your items or placing them in the top rack of a dishwasher.
They are safe to use in the oven and microwave.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you would like your Mazelware sent directly to someone else, please contact me to let me know. I will wrap it and send it with the message of your choosing.
Tzedakah donation
For every tzedakah box that you buy, I donate $18 to a charity on your behalf. I generally donate to Mazon.org (Jewish response to Hunger) or American Jewish World Service (AJWS.org). I am committed to repairing the world, once piece of Judaica at a time.
If you have a specific charity you would like me to donate to, I support that. Please mention your charity of choice in your order.
Can I return an item?
I do not accept returns unless it arrives broken due to shipping. If that is the case, please take photos of the broken piece in the condition it arrived, in the box it arrived. Please contact me immediately if the item arrives broken.
Can I exchange an item?
I will accept an exchange for another item of the same type/category (tzedakah box for another tzedakah box) within 30 days of when the order ships. The buyer is responsible for paying the difference in price if the new item is more expensive. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me and the exchanged item out to the buyer.
