Kris made sure I knew deadlines and was quick to respond, so we could get the bookmarks on time. They looked great and were the perfect way for us to capture moments of a life well lived. Those who attended the memorial were very complimentary and appreciative of the keepsake.

How long do I have access to the digital download?
All digital downloads will be available to you for 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase. The files can be used (for personal use only) up to 30 times in that timeframe.
Can I edit the design more than once?
Yes! Our listings offer 30 edits and downloads, and are available to you for 6 months after purchase, for personal use only.
Can I use these files for commercial purposes?
No commercial use is allowed, nor is reselling or sharing of the digital files.
Can I share these files?
No sharing of files is permitted. Thank you for supporting our small business.

Can you edit the template for me?
Yes! Although most of our offerings are for easy-to-edit templates, we are happy to take that task out of your hands if you would prefer. Simply purchase our customization add-on along with the template of your choice.

Can I cancel my order for a digital download?
Digital downloads are non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order for printed products?
If a cancellation is requested before the proofs have been created for you: we will honor the request and submit a full refund.
If cancellation is requested after the proofs have been produced but before they have been sent to print: we will honor the cancellation, however there is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for the design work that has already been completed.
If cancellation is requested after the proofs have been sent to print: we are not able to honor a cancellation request, and no refund will be provided.
Are the printed cards and bookmarks laminated?
Our printed products are not laminated. Our heavy cardstock has been carefully chosen to provide not only durability and quality, but also a premium feel. We think it aligns with our goal of producing sophisticated and naturally elegant products.
What happens if I do not respond to approve my proofs?
For printed items, all proofs will be returned to you within 24 hours of receiving your order and the details needed to process it. The estimated timeline for shipping and delivery is based on receiving approval for those proofs within 48 hours.
IMPORTANT: If we do not hear back from you within 72 hours of sending your proofs, we will assume you are forgoing the proof approval process and your order will be sent to production for printing, then shipped.
