Do you accept cancellations?
Please contact me as soon as possible regarding cancellations. Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once packages are shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier. Messy Muse is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once an order has been accepted by USPS or the shipping provider.
