1. Return Policy:

We are pleased to provide a 14-day no-quibbles return policy. You have the flexibility to return any product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
We recommend using USPS in the US, and post outside US for returns. Keep your proof of postage issued by the Post Office for your records.

2. Unwanted Goods:

If you need to open the packaging to check product suitability, kindly return the goods in a condition fit for resale. Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.

The responsibility and cost of returning goods rest with the buyer. In case of any dispute to return damaged goods, proof is necessary.

As highlighted, our return policy extends to a no-questions 14 days period.


3. Special and Custom Made Goods:

Goods made to buyer’s specifications or custom made for specific needs, not stocked in our inventory, cannot be returned or refunded.


4. Damaged, Faulty Goods, and Mistakes



Please check your order once it arrives and notify us of any damage, or handling mistakes within 10 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we cannot be held responsible for such issues.

We understand that some faults may only become apparent over time, exempting such cases from the 10 days period, in the limit of 6 months from delivery date.

In case of damaged or faulty goods, the client is given the choice of a full refund, store credit or replacement after returning the items with all costs covered by Duvoil.

Customs clearance cost and shipping cost are also subject to refund in case of damaged, faulty and different items from order.


5. Orders cancellation
Our store accepts cancellations within 24h of order, after that, a process of returning the item has to be followed after delivery.
