Address Policy — Please Read Carefully
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, or if the carrier determines the address is invalid.
In such cases, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery or collection. We're happy to assist with claims where possible, but an address issue alone does not qualify as a reason for a refund.
Please double-check your shipping details before ordering — if you spot an error, let us know immediately and we'll do our best to help.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders marked "delivered" by the courier are not eligible for a refund based solely on non-receipt. If you believe your package is genuinely lost, you'll need to obtain written confirmation from the courier stating so and forward it to us for review. We take fraudulent claims seriously and will report them if necessary.
Also, if we've reached out to confirm your delivery deadline and haven't heard back, we may go ahead and cancel and refund the order. It's not our preferred route, but we'd rather do that than have it arrive too late for you.
