My current turnaround time is 1-3 business days. The sooner the better! Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. You will receive a confirmation message when I am about to process your order, and a tracking number shortly thereafter.

I do hand stamping. It is done by striking steel stamps with a hammer, by hand and one at a time, in order to leave an imprint in the raw metal. Therefore, I cannot change the size of the lettering. All fonts are pictured in my store and in the listings to give you an idea of the size, and what your product will look like when finished. If you think that a font is too small and you need a larger size, please contact me before placing an order. I will not be able to adjust the size because I do not use a software.

Please add your personalization details in the personalization box at checkout. You can also contact me directly. Most items in my shop can be personalized, so do not hesitate to request a custom item.

Please contact me before purchasing if you can. If you just leave a note for me in your order, I will not see it until I actually process it, which may not be immediately after you purchase. I do my best to process all orders asap, they are processed in the sequence they are received.
In addition, you will have several shipping options to choose from at checkout:

1/Standard First class. Expect to receive your package within 6-8 days.
2/Priority shipping 2-3 days. Expect to receive your package within 3-5 days.
3/Express shipping 1-2 days. This is the only option with immediate processing and guaranteed delivery within 2 days of purchase.

Each piece of jewelry is cleaned prior to shipping.
The necklaces, earrings, bracelets and anklets will arrive in a lovely black gift box with white ribbon.
The wallet cards will be placed in a lovely envelope.
All accessories will arrive in a drawstring pouch.

Single items will be mailed in a padded envelope.
Multiple items will be sent in a box with bubble wrap if needed.

Because many orders are gifts shipped directly to the recipient, no invoice will be included in the package. You will receive your invoice via email, from Etsy.

You also have the option to select USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days or Priority Shipping at checkout, which takes 2-3 days. With Priority Shipping, packages are automatically insured up to $50.
If you selected Priority Shipping 2-3 days, keep in mind that I process orders in the order they are received, so I still need a few days to process your order. Priority Shipping is different than Priority Processing. It means that the Post Office will forward your package faster than regular shipping AFTER I mail the package. Take a look at my processing times. They depend upon the volume of orders and time of year, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day being the busiest times for me.

Yes, regardless of the shipping method, shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by you.

Due to many delays and losses during transit, and custom fees that are applied by other countries and not covered in my shipping fees, I no longer ship internationally except for Canada and Australia. Please note that tracking will stop once the package leaves the USA. Standard transit time to Canada can take anywhere from 10 to 30 days. Standard transit time to Australia can take anywhere from 20 to 80 days.
