Why does my charm look scratched or cloudy?
That'll be the protective plastic covering the flat surfaces of your charm. It can be a little tricky getting it up, but if you pick at the side of the surface of your charm, you should be able to lift it enough to peel it off. Epoxy surfaces do not have this plastic, only the flat sides.
Why does my shipment take so long?

Do you return/refund damaged items?
I only return/replace damaged items if the item was damaged during shipping. If the item was lost/damaged by the customer I will not refund or replace. I apologize.I will need to see photos of the damage before I issue a return.
