All digital files are available for download upon completion of payment.

To access your digital files from your account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Our planners are suitable for any PDF-annotation applications that support hyperlinks on Android and iOS, such as Notability, GoodNote and Noteshelf, among others. For android users, I can recommend Xodo or Noteshelf. Simply import the PDF file directly into the application and it’ll be ready for your use.

We also highly recommend use of a stylus pencil when working with note-taking applications.

Although our templates can be opened in OneNote, we do not recommend doing so. OneNote as an application does not work well with interactive PDFs, and the functioning of the hyperlinks are sporadic at best. Planners with a large number of pages also tend to slow down OneNote and cause the application to freeze.

If you’re not entirely sure if our templates are compatible with the application of your choice, please contact us to inquire about and verify compatibility before purchase. Please note that we are unable to offer any refunds, exchanges or returns at any point in time so please ensure you have confirmed compatibility before purchase.

If you have attempted the steps above, and the hyperlinks are still not working, kindly contact us. We'll proceed to fix any bugs or errors as soon as possible, and inform you when an updated version is available for download once more.

Not every application can display hyperlinks. You can use GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Zoomnotes, Xodo, or other similar applications as well. OneNote does NOT support the use of hyperlinks!

Please ensure you are using the "Read-Only" mode. In the editing mode, the hyperlinks are not clickable. For example, in GoodNotes the "Read-Only" button is located at the top bar, on the right side, and looks like a crossed-out pencil.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
