We are a family of four, also we are the founders of OffOn clothing brand. OffOn was created in 2012, since then we produce hand-made or as we like to say - heart-made clothes for women and little girls. Our company is unique of its customized approach - we do not produce seasonal collections but rather we specialise on individual orders. Every piece for each client is created with dedication and sensitivity, from the very start to the very beginning. We believe that OffOn is a sincere, functional and intelligent clothing company.
At OffOn we create for people that appreciate honest beauty and authentic simplicity. For those, who choose to live positively and who enjoy the lifestyle of slow living. All clothes that we produce are inspired by our family’s personal experience and our every day stories. OffOn is not only what we believe in but it is also what we wear.

Body positivity

OffOn is about emotions, sensitivity, freedom and feelings, but not about the same body image we all should fit in. We think that each body is perfect with its little imperfections. At the company our main aim is to build a relationship with clients who have special needs and not necessarily a standard body type. For that reason, we adapt each piece to the particular needs and measurements of our consumers. A hundred percent body positivity is the essence of our brand. We work every day to make our clients happy and to let them feel comfortable in their own skin.


We value people and environment we live in therefore, we choose to produce sustainable. Each year millions of tons of textile are wasted, that is why we refuse to make seasonal collections and create clothes that are customized by individual needs. Each cloth is hand-made, we don’t think particularly only about sales, our waste of textile is 0%. Also, we use carefully selected and high quality materials, which make our clothes last long. We are proud of our sustainable choices - this is how we show our respect to the planet.


OffOn brand as well as our factory is based in Lithuania, which is one of the three Baltic countries. We are happy to have a team of professional and experienced local tailors, we trust their craftsmanship as well as consideration for details. The garments that they produce are made by using old traditional skills - and that, we believe, is one of the biggest asset and knowledge at our company. Our factory’s working method is based purely on conversation and group work - every aspect, every step is discussed and negotiated by the whole team. We follow ethical fashion practice - we try to offer our tailors as best working conditions as possible. We simply seek to create a better world for people.

Returns and exchange details
Please contact us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! Make the most of the Etsy convo tool and ask us as many questions to help ensure the style and size is right for you. However, sometimes an item can not fit as you had hoped or the fabric may not be as you imagined - please inform us and we will do everything what is possible to make it right!

We do accept returns and exchanges:

Please email us within 14 days of receipt of your package with your intention to return your order. Please purchase "tracking" from your post office before returning item(s) and provide us with the tracking number. Once your item arrives back with us we will contact you to arrange a replacement item you are happy with or offer you shop credit. Your store credit will never expire, and can be used towards anything on our shop. We do not offer refunds at this time.

Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer's expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The items can’t be returned or exchanged:

- custom orders (shorter/longer length, personalized items)
- items from "ready to ship" section

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. OFFON reserves the right to refuse to offer shop credit or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit cards, etsy gift cards, etc..
All our items are listed as "made to order" and are handmade. Every piece is dedicated and made to the person who ordered it, using old traditional skills. Type of such quality work takes time, so please note before ordering. At the moment, due to a huge amount of the orders we are receiving, it might take for us about 4 - 6 weeks to produce your order. We want your item to be perfect, so thank you for understanding! Your item will be shipped by registered mail as soon as we produce it and we will certainly send you an additional e-mail to inform you that your item is ready and that it was shipped!

We ship from Europe (Lithuania).

- Standard shipping via national registered post service (slower shipping). Free Worldwide shipping.
- Express shipping via DHL or Fedex ( faster and safer way to receive orders). Additional cost - 14 EUR.

- Europe 5 – 10 business days;
- US, Australia, Canada and other countries 10 – 15 business days;

- Europe 1 – 2 business days;
- US, Australia, Canada, and other countries 2 – 5 business days;

We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

* Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
* Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves Lithuania. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the Lithuanian post.
* Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

Please note, shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. OffOn Clothing cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

If you don't receive your order within 30 days, please write to us and we will start the investigation process with our post office. After investigation (in some cases it might take up to 90 days and this is beyond our control), if it appears that the parcel is lost, we will make a refund or send you new item(s)!

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.

*Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be shipped during the Christmas season. The shipping service/time of the packages are beyond our control.

**Shipping update 20th of May, 2020: we are working hard that your orders will reach you as fast as possible. However, we have noticed that due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation shipping delivery time to some countries via National post (Standard Free Shipping option) at the moment is not available, or can take from 4 till 10 weeks, depending on the location. Therefore, we would recommend you to choose Express shipping option, which is a faster and safer way to receive orders under these circumstances.

We will now be shipping packages only with the fixed shipping price ( Express shipping option) to the following locations:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Singapore
- Canada

The customer/recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We do recommend to contact your local customs for more information. Uncollected items are not refunded.

- All orders are shipped to your Etsy address unless you provide a different one. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
