PIRUSTA

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information.

When you place an order through PIRUSTA Publishing on Etsy, I may receive personal information from Etsy that is necessary to fulfil your order and provide customer support. This may include your name, contact details, purchase history, transaction information and any correspondence you send to me.

I use this information only where necessary to:

• fulfil your order and provide the product you purchased;

• respond to questions, complaints or order-related issues;

• keep appropriate business, accounting and transaction records; and

• comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

The lawful bases I rely on are contract, legal obligation and, where appropriate, legitimate interests for customer support, resolving complaints and protecting the business against legal claims.

I receive personal information directly from you and through Etsy and relevant service providers.

I do not use Etsy buyer information for unsolicited marketing and I do not add buyers to marketing lists without the appropriate consent.

Order and transaction records may be retained for the period required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Other personal information, including customer correspondence, is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Personal information may be shared where necessary with service providers involved in operating the business, or with organisations where disclosure is required by law. I do not sell your personal information.

You may have rights under applicable data protection law, including rights to access, correct, restrict, object to or request deletion of your personal information, depending on the circumstances.

If you are not satisfied with how your personal information has been handled, you may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
