Processing Time
All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days unless otherwise advertised. The processing time is extended for promotions and holidays.
When should I expect my order?
The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post. This may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect mail volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!
Estimated Shipping Time (From the date of shipment):
Canada ... 2-12 business days
U.S. ... 4-25 business days
INTERNATIONAL ... 6-35 business days
What happens if my order has not arrived in estimated timeframe?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was undeliverable. If nothing shows up after that extra week, Please contact us and we will try our best to figure something out with you!
We have a window of 28 days after your delivery estimate as shown on your shipping notification to help you with order related issues. If you do not contact us within this window, we will be unable to assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and post office not being able to provide any extra assistance.

Is there a tracking number for my order?
Tracking is not provided with standard shipping! Orders are shipped via Canada Post as REGULAR MAIL to keep shipping costs reasonable and affordable for everyone, which means that there is NO TRACKING NUMBER provided. We take photos of all orders before ship them as a proof of shipment.
However, you can choose to purchase tracking at checkout.
Can I combine my orders?
Yes if I haven't packed or shipped out your former order. Please sent me a message on Etsy. Please do not leave a note asking to combine orders on your later order without messaging me.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase. However, feel free to message me after 3 hours. If I'm not start to process your order, I am most likely able to cancel it for you, but not guaranteed.
