Cancelation

If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, I will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation is requested after 24 hours of purchase and your order is already being made/printed, the refund will not be accepted.

Returns/Exchanges

Please contact me within 30 days from the day of delivery in case I have shipped you an incorrect/damaged item. I will gladly reprocess your order if the customer can provide close-up photos (with measuring tape) or defective areas on the item.
However, if the error is not from my end, I will not be able to accept returns at this time since my products are made-to-order.

What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?

Please make sure your name and shipping information is correct. I can only go off of what Etsy supplies me. I are therefore not responsible for shipments to the wrong address.
If there happens to be a delivery issue or delay, please contact your local delivery service with the tracking number. I am not responsible for packages once they enter the carrier system.

What if my package is damaged?

The issue when the package arrives damaged is related to the producer/carrier, and the way they deliver and handle the packages. Please message me ASAP! I will need photo proof for processing this order for you.
