A mother and daughter duo who share a love for the arts 💖
This past year has been a major transformative part in our lives that has set us on our recent artistic journey.
Living in a such a fast paced environment, with the demands of corporate responsibilities (day jobs), family....and just life in general had us feeling worn out, stressed out and mentally exhausted.
Then the pandemic happened, and it forced us to just slow down. It allowed us to appreciate the small things in our lives and not take for granted what we have in this world.
We both have had experience painting in the past, however the busier life got, the longer the time passed without creating art.
As a gift to my mother, I bought her an art set, in hopes she could find her way back and use it as a way to express herself and escape the stresses around her. Well, what happened next amazed me. I was blown away by her talent and her desire to learn, create and explore different artistic mediums and methods.
She shared with me a small 5"x8" abstract painting she had completed. For me it represented an 'explosion of creativity'. It sparked my interest and rekindled my desire to create art again as well!
Today, we continue to motivate each other to create new pieces, share techniques, products and our latest inspirations. Our homes are officially over flowing with artworks!
Being able to express ourselves through paintings is liberating. We are happy to share our creations with you, and hope our artwork brings you as much joy as it brought us to make.
