Can face masks be returned?
Poplin & Co. does not accept returns on face masks for hygienic and safety reasons.
How long is the shipping for face masks?
With the purchase of 1 to 4 face masks, we use Canada Post Letter Mail within Canada and Small Packet Air for USA. These shipping methods do not come with tracking. They typically take between 5-13 business days.
With the purchase of 5 or more face masks we use expedited tracked shipping for Canada and the USA. This takes 5-10 business days.
