This cutter was just what I needed to cut circles to make Christmas ornaments (I'm not using it to make buttons, though I might someday!); it's much better than the cheap ones I had previously. It does take a little practice. It was shipped promptly but the USPS took its time delivering it -- not the seller's fault! It arrived in good shape and well packed.

Fast shipping. I had all of the other parts so it was very convenient to be able to replace just the mylar. Worked perfectly with my 2.25in American button machine.
