How can I track my order?
Once we process your order, we will send you shipping details, including tracking information.
If your order is shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail, you will receive a Customs number. This number allows you to track your package only within the United States.
International orders may not always include tracking. If you need tracking, please upgrade your shipping option at checkout.
How Do I Care for My Jewelry?
✨ Store it properly – Keep your jewelry in the provided anti-tarnish velvet pouch or jewelry box with dry cloth to prevent direct access to sun and contact with other jewelry.
💄 Put jewelry on last – Apply makeup, hairspray, perfume, and lotion before wearing your jewelry to minimize exposure to chemicals that can cause damage.
🏊 Avoid water exposure – Remove your jewelry before swimming or using a spa. Chlorinated water can cause discoloration and weaken the metal.
🏋️ Take off jewelry during exercise – Sweat and physical activity can lead to wear and tear, creating hazards, it’s best to remove your jewelry before workouts or any sports activity.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please contact us for the return shipping address.
Refund Process: Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges, as we cannot resell used items.
