3 out of 5 starsThe coat stands out with its beautiful colors, patterns, and overall good quality. Unfortunately, the fabric is very thin, which is not visible in the product photos. Because of this, the coat is suitable mainly for warmer weather.

4 out of 5 starsThe store says the item is shipping from the United States and gave an estimated arrival time accordingly. Instead it shipped from China and arrived later than expected. The merchandise was great however. Just be aware of this gif you have time constraints.

4 out of 5 starsThis item had a chemical smell when packaged was opened but the smell went away after a while. Design is very colorful and pretty. The material is a thick polyester so can be hot. I did not like the material but don't want to return the dress. Like the free shipping but it took a while to arrive.

1 out of 5 starsI placed my order on May 17 but due to shipping delays it did not arrive until June 6 from China. When I asked for some sort of tracking number the run- around I got was unacceptable. When I asked to return the item the day I received it I was told I would have to pay the shipping and processing from the ORIGINAL order plus the shipping costs for the return. The seller begged me to not return the item and offered a discount if I would order something else. The seller also referred to previous buyers who had tried to return items.

Hi! The production time for your personalized item is 3 to 5 days, followed by a delivery period of 8 to 12 business days, depending on the customer's location. The craftsmanship involved in this jacket is truly artisanal. Once it reaches its destination, your item is transported to your home via truck rather than by plane. It is currently en route—I actually checked its status just today. We are well within the expected timeframe. I sent you a message earlier today; perhaps you haven't had a chance to read it yet.

High quality not something crafted over seas, you can definitely tell the difference. This dress is going to be around a long time. Definitely going back for more. Love this store, and the Owner was great! Gave updates on my order and even reached out to ensure I did receive my order.
