Hi, my name is Ryan Ringenbach. I became familiar with grief at an early age through the loss of my grandparents and aunt. But nothing could have prepared me for the world-shattering grief that came when we tragically lost our son, Jacob (F5), to brain cancer on July 30th, 2023.
Writing became my outlet — a way to express the kind of sorrow for which there is no name. What you’ll find in this shop is born from that pain, and it’s my hope that it brings even a small measure of comfort to you, as it has for me.
No matter what type of loss you're navigating — a child, parent, friend, partner, or even a version of yourself — I hope to offer a quiet space where you can feel, reflect, and simply be. Whether you write, remain silent, cry, scream, or sit in stillness, this space is yours.
Thank you for reading my story. I look forward to hearing about the ones you love — the ones who left this world too soon. Those forces of nature who changed everything by being here, and whose absence still echoes.
In honor of them, and with open hands, I invite you to join me in this valley called grief. You are not alone. You’ll find me in the trenches with you — a fellow traveler, walking beside you with a trusted heart.
