Renovation planners, cost calculators and DIY build plans, made by a family that has done it
RenoRoadmap started with a simple frustration: most people start a renovation or a build with no real idea of what it will cost — until it's too late. We make the tools we wished existed: spreadsheets that do the maths for you, checklists that catch what you'd forget, guides that explain the confusing parts in plain English, and DIY build plans that come with a calculator, so you know the materials and the cost before you cut a single piece. No fluff, no jargon — just practical help so you can make confident decisions and keep your project on budget.
Hi, I'm Anca. I've been through it myself — I renovated our home from top to bottom, and I'm now in the middle of building a brand-new house from the ground up. Along the way I learned how fast costs add up, and how much calmer the whole process feels with the right tools in hand. My partner and I make every planner, spreadsheet and build plan together, based on our own real projects — so what you get is tested on actual renovations, builds and budgets, not just theory. I'm here to help you plan, budget and build with confidence.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I get my files? — Everything is an instant download. Once payment is confirmed, go to You > Purchases and reviews on Etsy and click Download Files. Bundles arrive as one ZIP file with every product in its own folder.
Can I use the spreadsheets in Google Sheets? — Yes. Every spreadsheet comes with a short Google Sheets guide and a one-click link that makes your own free copy. You don't need Excel.
Which version of Excel do I need? — Excel 2016 or later, on Windows or Mac. The files also open in Google Sheets.
Are the prices in the calculators fixed? — No. They are US-average planning estimates and every price is editable, so you can type in quotes from your own area.
A file won't open or something looks wrong — Send me a message through Etsy and I'll help you sort it out, usually the same day.
