How it all began ....
My love of papercraft began many years ago when a friend introduced me to card making, and I've been hooked ever since!
Working with paper seems to run in the family. My dad was a skilled bookbinder, and I was always fascinated by his beautiful work. Perhaps that is where my love of paper and creating with it comes from.
I run my Etsy shop independently and personally create every product myself. I am involved in every stage of the process, from designing and making each item through to carefully packaging and posting your order.
I particularly love adding beautiful details to my designs, especially butterflies, handmade bows and other pretty embellishments. Some of my money envelopes have a simple, elegant design, while others are more detailed and decorative. I use a variety of beautiful patterned papers, as well as plain cardstock which I often emboss to create texture and interest. Some designs also incorporate carefully selected digital images. I enjoy using a variety of traditional techniques including embossing, die cutting, hand scoring, folding and hand stamping. Every item is made with care and attention to detail, and I hope that shines through in the finished product.
