We're Ken & Moya, Airbnb Superhosts with 586+ Airbnb guest reviews, a 4.9 rating and 25+ years in hospitality. At peak we ran fifteen rentals, seven of them short-term, across two countries and three very different markets. We're operators, not a management company, and we still run our properties.

Every template in this shop is one we use: the checklist our cleaners carry, the house rules guests actually read, the welcome book guests mention in reviews, the messages we send every guest, the signs, and the spreadsheets we run the business on. We run our Mexico rentals in Spanish with our local team, so every guest and team document also comes in English and Spanish.
