How to put it? IT'S FANTASTIC! It's art & woodworking combined. You see a lot of smaller boxes but not so many this size. Yes, it came on time (maybe a day early) definitely packed well. I did email the artist a couple times before buying & he is a pleasure to deal with. The top is worked in such a way as to suggest water. (The kid in me saw chocolate frosting on a big cake). The picture doesn't do it justice. The fact that Tim saw this in a piece of wood is testimony to his artistic side. While the way the box is assembled always showing the piece to its best advantage speaks to his strengths as a woodworker. YES I would recommend him to others & yes, if he continues work like this I will be a repeat customer. Now GO & BUY from this guy!

Exceeded Expectations. Beautiful wood and all matches perfectly. True craftsmanship. I was drawn to SWW when I saw Mr. Herrmann's unique exterior wooden hinges. I was sold on SWW after I looked at his dovetail corner joints and found some of the smoothest I'd ever seen. He built to my specs for a reasonable fee and delivered the original without a scratch or nick (impressed by his shipping acumen as well). The interior quality is just as impressive as the exterior. Highly recommend.
