DO YOU SHIP PHYSICAL PRODUCTS?
No. All items are digital downloads only.
No physical products will be shipped to your address. You can access your files via "Purchases & Reviews" on the Etsy website immediately after payment.
WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer two types of digital products:
1. Printable Files: High-quality PDF/JPG files for immediate printing.
2. Editable Templates: Includes a link to Canva (Free) where you can customize the text and layout, plus a print-ready version.
Please check each individual listing description to see which format is included.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED FILES?
Your files will be available directly after payment. On your computer go to http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
1) DESKTOP COMPUTER
To download the files, go to Purchases And Reviews in your Etsy account.
2) GUEST CHECKOUT
If you purchased as a guest, Download Links will be sent to the email address you used upon purchased.
3) MOBILE DEVICE
If you’re using mobile device app, use BROWSER of your device (Do Not Use Mobile App), login to etsy.com. Click on ‘You’ (or your profile photo on the top right corner). Click “Purchase And Reviews”. Click “Download Files” links next to your order.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page.
HOW SOON CAN I GET MY DOWNLOAD?
Your digital download will be available instantly, once payment has been made a link to your download/downloads and will be sent automatically by Etsy to the email account you have on record with Etsy - Please also check your spam folder in case it has gone there.
INSTANT DOWNLOAD HELP

What if I have trouble downloading my files?

WHAT ARE THE PRINTING REQUIREMENTS?
You can print our files at home or via a professional print shop. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor calibrations and printer settings.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please message us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
